I have a degree in business management and administration and joined the firm when the Montpellier office was created. I am also co-founder of the Capstan office in Montpellier. I also have a Master’s degree in employment law and a lawyer’s diploma, and I specialise in employment and social protection law. I also assist companies in my capacity as a mediator and human resources consultant. With 25 years of litigation experience in employment law and criminal employment law, I act as early as possible to avoid litigation through appropriate advice, but I am also an ardent defender of unavoidable cases when they must be submitted to labour courts. Through a global vision of the problems encountered, whether collective or individual, I manage to find win/win solutions allowing the company to overcome complex situations mixing today and tomorrow’s human and economic requirements. As a lecturer at the Faculty of Law of Montpellier, I try to communicate this positive impetus to the HRDs of tomorrow in order to find an alternative to unnecessary litigation.
