Since my university studies at the Faculty of Law in Nancy and Strasbourg, I have been passionate about employment law. I was able to deepen my knowledge thanks to a Master of Advanced Studies (DEA- Diplôme d’études approfondies) in employment law and a Diploma of Higher Specialised Studies (DESS- Diplôme d’études supérieures spécialisées) in litigation law obtained in 2004 and 2005 and I hold a certificate as a specialist lawyer in employment law.

Pauline’s career path

In 2010, after a first experience of two years as a counsel and litigation lawyer, I joined the Capstan Côte d’Azur law firm located in the heart of the Sophia Antipolis technology park and have been a partner since 2017.

Today, I mainly work as counsel for companies mainly from the SYNTEC and the hotel sector, in all areas of employment law and social protection law.

I am particularly fond of working on the management of the consequences of URSSAF inspections, collective bargaining, the management of employee representative bodies and professional elections.
As I have always enjoyed passing on my knowledge, I regularly give training courses, mainly to human resources managers, administrative and financial directors and senior managers.
