I co-founded Capstan Avocats and I am also one of the founders of Ius Laboris, an international alliance of leading law firms providing specialist employment law, pensions and employee compensation services worldwide.

I lead a team of lawyers at Capstan who focus on international corporate clients.

I have participated in numerous courses, notably at the Paris Dauphine University and have published numerous articles on corporate restructuring.

I am a member of the ETHIC Advisory Board. I am also a member of the IBA (International Bar Association) and EELA (European Employment Lawyers Association).

I hold a Diploma of Higher Specialised Studies (DESS- Diplôme d’études supérieures spécialisées) in business law, a Diploma of Corporate Legal Counsel (DJCE- Diplôme de juriste conseil d’entreprise) and a certificate in employment law issued by the French National Foundation for Business Law (Fondation nationale du droit de l’Entreprise).
