My approach is focused on the design of appropriate solutions for companies in all areas: individual and collective relations, restructuring, negotiation of collective agreements, organisation of working time, etc.

I deal with all types of litigation related to employment, including technical litigation such as social security litigation related to occupational accidents and diseases.

I have a doctorate in law and specialise in employment and social protection law. I regularly give training courses, both in initial and ongoing training (in particular at universities and law schools) and to targeted audiences.

My university research work has led me to take a keen interest in the issue of occupational health, a field to which I have devoted several books and columns for major publishers.
