Of the three specialities that I obtained during the Montpellier Magistère-DJCE, employment law took priority.  By participating in the creation of Capstan Avocats, I reaffirmed my attachment to this discipline, the scope of which does not stop at individual issues and even goes beyond the collective issues encountered by employers.

Indeed, lawyers today cannot be satisfied with merely stating the law and knowing how to apply it in the best possible way. Our advisory role must also include strategy, and therefore measure the immediate and long-term consequences of the choices available to our partners.

Because the different facets of our profession, which are training, preparatory and remedial counselling for usual or more unusual situations, and the judicial aspect with the traditional plea (before all civil, administrative and criminal courts), are mutually enriching, we preserve this versatility. The latter helps us maintain a better technical mastery and ability to anticipate, particularly in the area of employment law.

Coupled with this completeness in the exercise of our profession, my action is also inseparable from teamwork, without which the quality and efficiency of the service provided would not be the same. Moreover, it is with this same team that I share the prizes that have distinguished us and without which my name would not have been included in the rankings.

Because I am not alone in working for you, you are not alone either. It is up to you to set the goal, and it is up to us to give you the means to reach it.
