Jean-Michel’s career path
My main practice areas are:
- The social management of merger and acquisition operations and restructuring plans, on a national or transnational basis. My expertise in this field is recognised and confirmed by my practice of advising and representing clients in these matters for more than 20 years, which is also illustrated by the writing of specialised books and articles on these matters.
- The management of collective bargaining and, more generally, of social dialogue in companies and groups with employee representative bodies,
- The organisation of working time and QWL,
- Employee savings and shareholding.
I am also one of the founders of Ius laboris, an international alliance of leading law firms providing specialist services in employment law, pensions and compensation.
I also participate in several teaching courses, notably at the University of Montpellier I, and have published numerous articles on collective labour relations, company restructuring and transfers, provisional job and skill management (GPEC- Gestion prévisionnelle des emplois et des compétences) and working time.
