Gonzague’s career path
I assist and advise companies in all areas relating to employment law and social protection, both in the day-to-day management of labour relations (employment contracts, remuneration policies, work-related accidents and illnesses, harassment and discrimination issues, management of employee representative bodies, collective bargaining, URSSAF (French social security agency) inspections, etc.) and in complex operations, particularly restructuring and redundancies.
My expertise is based on a substantial practice of individual and collective litigation, before both civil and criminal courts.
I also give lectures in university courses and continuous training courses, in particular on the subjects of employee representation, collective bargaining and working time.
