Aurélien’s career path

My main areas of expertise are restructuring, company transfers, collective bargaining, working time, employee savings schemes and self-employed professionals.

Within Capstan Avocats, I work with several CAC 40 companies, large international groups as well as digital platforms and industrial sectors.

I am also in charge of sensitive litigation cases relating to reorganisation and employment protection operations, employee representation, discrimination, etc.
I lead numerous training sessions, in particular with RHM and MEDEF Paris. I also take part in various courses (Master’s degree in international corporate transactions and taxation at the University of Paris I, Master’s degree in labour relations law and practice at the University of Paris II…).

I am the author of the LexisNexis practical information sheet “Conducting a redundancy procedure on economic grounds” (Procéder à un licenciement pour motif économique) and I regularly write articles for the specialised press.

I hold a Diploma of Higher Specialised Studies (DESS- Diplôme d’études supérieures spécialisées) in employment law from the University of Clermont-Ferrand, a master’s degree in employment law and a university diploma in criminal sciences from the University of Montpellier.
