As a lawyer with a specialisation in employment law and social security and social protection law, I practice in both counselling and litigation.
Arnaud’s career path
I assist companies and their managers in their strategic thinking (transformation, growth, M&A, restructuring, etc.) and the operational management of labour relations.
I regularly advise my French and foreign clients in the context of operations with transnational stakes (restructurings, employee representative bodies, cross-border corporate operations).
As a member of Capstan’s Scientific Board, I contribute to Capstan’s doctrine uniformity and to the forward-looking thinking carried out by the firm.
I regularly publish articles or studies on topics related to employment law (positioning of employee representative bodies, restructuring, cross-border operations, European employment law, M&A, employment protection plans, etc.) and I am particularly interested in anticipating the major challenges of employment law in order to measure their concrete impact on companies.
I actively participate in the training of future professionals by teaching at various universities (Panthéon-Sorbonne and Panthéon-Assas). I am also an associated member of the Employment Law Laboratory of the University of Paris II.
I hold a Diploma of Higher Specialised Studies (DESS- Diplôme d’études supérieures spécialisées) in labour relations law and practice from the University of Panthéon-Assas (Paris II) and a PhD in private law with a thesis on the topic of loyalty in individual labour relations (thesis awarded with the UIMM prize).
