I hold a Diploma of Higher Specialised Studies (DESS- Diplôme d’études supérieures spécialisées) in European business law and have been practising as a lawyer since 1997. I joined the firm in 2000 and became a partner in 2008.
Anne-Laure’s career path
I have been specialised in employment law since 2004 and my practice covers all aspects of this field, both in counselling and in litigation.
I assist companies of all sizes, including international firms, as I am bilingual in English. Within our international alliance, Ius Laboris, I actively participate in the discussion on the evolution of human resources.
Trained in collaborative law, I like to advise companies in their day-to-day collective relations (negotiation of collective agreements, employee representation, working time arrangements, supplementary social protection) and during one-off assignments (audits, reorganisations, social aspects of company transfers, management of collective conflicts).
I also work on complex individual disputes and in the health, social and medico-social sector. I run training courses, in particular at the CAFDES and the CESEGH, attached to the University of Montpellier. I also assist companies in their personal data protection procedures (RGPD).
All my skills are at the service of companies to find tailor-made solutions and develop strategies to support the development of human resources in the long term.
