I hold a Diploma of Higher Specialised Studies (DESS- Diplôme d’études supérieures spécialisées) in corporate law and taxation, with a major in employment law, and a Diploma of Corporate Legal Counsel (DJCE- Diplôme de juriste conseil d’entreprise) from the Institute of Business Law at the University of Aix-en-Provence. I joined CAPSTAN in 2013 after having headed the employment law department of a business law firm since 2000.

As an expert in employment law, my areas of expertise cover all aspects of employment law, both in terms of counselling and litigation, in individual and collective relations.

With a natural focus on the strategic and engineering aspects of employment law, I specifically set up the social frameworks that are useful to companies, which I then support on a day-to-day basis: collective negotiations, company agreements, employee representation, and working time management.

I also manage the social aspects of specific operations: transfer of a company, transfer of employment contracts, restructuring, audit.

I regularly take part in conferences and seminars on developments in employment law on behalf of the firm.
