Assisting my clients has enabled me to develop specific expertise in the field of employee representation, collective bargaining and working time, as well as in the social aspects of company transfers and restructurings. I have thus acquired a well balanced experience in the economic sector and the health, social and medico-social sector.

In litigation, I represent clients before all competent jurisdictions in employment and social security law.

I regularly conduct training sessions for managers, HRDs and legal departments, designing programmes tailored to their needs. Taking part in the initial training of my colleagues, I also speak at the Ecole des Avocats of the Rhône-Alpes region.

I hold a Diploma of Higher Specialised Studies (DESS- Diplôme d’études supérieures spécialisées) in business law and taxation, a Diploma of Corporate Legal Counsel (DJCE- Diplôme de juriste conseil d’entreprise) from the Lyon III University and a Certificate of Specialisation in employment and social protection law.
