With a Master of Advanced Studies (DEA- Diplôme d’études approfondies) in employment aw and a dual specialisation in employment law and social security and social protection law, I joined the firm in 1989. Co-founder of Capstan in 2007, I manage the Lyon office of Capstan Rhône-Alpes.

Philippe’s career path
My work focuses more specifically on advising companies of all professional sectors. I assist companies of all industry branches and of all sizes in all aspects of human resources management.
In particular, I provide support in the fields of collective bargaining, working time management, social audits, reorganisations and mergers. I have developed specific expertise in the social economy sector and, as such, I lead Capstan’s commission for the health and social sector and the medico-social sector. As a trainer for business professionals, I also teach at the Lyon III DJCE.
