I hold a Diploma of Higher Specialised Studies (DESS- Diplôme d’études supérieures spécialisées) in business law, a Certificate of Special Studies (CES- Certificat d’études spécialisées) in personnel management and a Diploma of Corporate Legal Counsel (DJCE- Diplôme de juriste conseil d’entreprise) from the University of Montpellier (1988). I joined the firm in 1988 and became a partner in 1995.

Olivier’s career path

I created the Montpellier office in 1996. I am a co-founder of Capstan. I have specialisations in employment law and social security law and I teach at the University of Montpellier and at the Ecole de Formation des Avocats Centre Sud.

My areas of practice cover all aspects of employment law, both in counselling and in litigation, and more particularly collective labour relations (collective bargaining, operation of employee representative bodies, job and career management (GEPP)), social aspects of company transfers, restructuring, working time and legal aspects of payroll.
