After having been a partner and head of the Marseille office of Jacques BARTHELEMY et Associés, I became a co-founding partner of Capstan on 1st January 2007.

I assist and advise companies in all aspects of employment law and more particularly those concerning collective bargaining, branch negotiations at national level, company transfers, restructuring and individual labour relations.

I work in the field of employment law in the tourism sector both from a local point of view and at the level of professional branches.

I also run training courses in employment law at the Marseille office, both for managers and for professional organisations.
