I advise and assist companies in all aspects of employment law, particularly in relation to the organisation and duration of work time, the engineering of labour relations (collective bargaining, management and implementation of staff representative bodies) and restructuring of all sizes.

My training as a litigator combined with my expertise as a consultant provides undeniable added value in terms of negotiation and drafting of complex documents.

I hold a Master of Advanced Studies (DEA- Diplôme d’études approfondies) in employment law from the Paris II University (1997) and a Diploma of Higher Specialised Studies (DESS- Diplôme d’études supérieures spécialisées) in corporate law from the Lille II University (1999). I teach both individual and collective aspects of employment law applied to HR in several university law masters programmes (collective bargaining). I also run a number of practical training courses for HR and payroll professionals.
