I have a Diploma of Higher Specialised Studies (DESS- Diplôme d’études supérieures spécialisées) in business and company law and a Diploma of Corporate Legal Counsel (DJCE- Diplôme de juriste conseil d’entreprise) (University of Rennes) and I am passionate about individual and collective labour relations. I joined the Rennes office in 1995 and created the Nantes office in 2001. I obtained my specialisation in employment law, social security law and social protection law in 2002.

Jean-Luc’s career path

I work with companies on all matters relating to individual and collective labour relations, both in counselling and in litigation.

My approach is mainly pragmatic and facilitative. I have more than 25 years of professional experience in the following areas: company organisation, management of operations, restructuring, career management, voluntary departure plans and employment protection plans, collective bargaining, collective performance agreements, working time and employee savings. I also defend companies during URSSAF or MSA audits. I provide training to my clients and also within the Ecole des Avocats du Grand Ouest (continuous training for lawyers).
