With an initial experience of several years as a lawyer in all areas of business law, I was sworn in in 2006 and have been working as a legal advisor exclusively in employment law for companies of all sectors and sizes for more than 15 years.

Caroline’s career path
I assist companies in the day-to-day management of their human resources as well as in the definition of their development or restructuring strategy.
I also specialise in the health, social and medico-social sector and my preferred areas are the management of collective relations, negotiations and the organisation of working time.
As for my judicial activity, it is mainly devoted to URSSAF and administrative litigation. Lastly, in order to share my passion for this dynamic and constantly evolving subject, I regularly give training courses in employment law to managers, HRDs, lawyers and accountants, not to mention those given to students, including those preparing for the CAFDES at the IESTS in Nice.
