Order of 22 May 2026 on the raising of the statutory minimum wage (NOR TRST2612929A, Official Journal of 24 May 2026)
The order raising the statutory minimum wage (Smic, salaire minimum de croissance) was published on 24 May 2026 and sets the new figures applicable from 1 June 2026. The gross hourly Smic rises to €12.31, that is €1,867.06 gross a month on the basis of the 35-hour statutory working week. The guaranteed minimum (minimum garanti) is set at €4.35.
