Holder of a Diploma of Higher Specialised Studies (DESS- Diplôme d’études supérieures spécialisées) in labour relations law and practice from the University of Montpellier in 1994, I joined the firm the same year, in Lille, first as a legal expert and then as a lawyer in 1995. I became a partner in 2007.

I have a dual specialisation in employment law and social protection law. For more than 25 years, I have been advising companies and groups of national and international scope in various sectors (industry, retail, banking, social and medico-social sectors).
I work both in counselling and in litigation on all individual and collective employment law issues (restructuring, employee savings, remuneration, working time, harassment, discrimination, etc.).
