After a first professional experience of 10 years as HRD / HRM in a company, I was sworn in in March 2004 to become an associate lawyer and then a partner in consulting firms specialised in employment law. I joined Capstan by creating the Nîmes office on 1st November 2017.
I assist companies of all sizes, in particular in matters relating to relations/negotiations with employee representative bodies, working time management or reorganisation projects.
I am also specialised in the health, social and medico-social sector and as such I teach at the CAFDES in Montpellier.

I also teach at the Montpellier Law Faculty, to students of the Master’s degree/ DJCE (Diploma of Corporate Legal Counsel) and I regularly run training sessions for companies.
