I hold a Master of Advanced Studies (DEA- Diplôme d’études approfondies) in private law and a Diploma of Higher Specialised Studies (DESS- Diplôme d’études supérieures spécialisées) in labour relations law and practice, as well as a specialisation in employment law and social security law, and I joined Capstan in 2008. I assist companies of all sizes in all their social issues, both individual and collective (employment contracts, redundancies, collective negotiations, employee representation, relations with the Labour Inspectorate).
Passionate about a concrete and proactive approach to employment law, I strive to make it a tool for success for the company and its employees. I also intervene before all courts (Industrial Tribunal, Judicial Court, Court of Appeal, Social Pole…), in order to assist my clients in the defence of their interests.
