I hold a Diploma of Higher Specialised Studies (DESS- Diplôme d’études supérieures spécialisées) in business law and a Diploma of Corporate Legal Counsel (DJCE- Diplôme de juriste conseil d’entreprise) from the Lyon III University (1989). I also hold specialisations in employment law, social security law and social protection law. For more than 30 years, I have been assisting companies or groups on a daily basis both in counselling and in litigation on issues relating to individual and collective labour relations. I operate in various sectors of activity, and more particularly in the retail sector for which I lead the commission within Capstan.
