I started my career as a human resources manager in an aeronautical group, then in the hotel and restaurant industry, and finally as HR manager and HR director of an international industrial group. I joined the firm in 1995 and became a partner in 2004.

Anne-Bénédicte’s career path
As a specialist in employment and social security law, my main practice areas are restructuring projects or transfers of activities, mergers and acquisitions, but also collective bargaining, working time, employee savings schemes, social strategy, evaluation and management of psychosocial risks.
Within Capstan, I lead a team of lawyers focused on national and international companies.
I have published numerous articles on corporate restructuring and lead conferences on collective and individual aspects of employment law.
I hold a Master’s degree in private law, a Diploma of Higher Specialised Studies (DESS- Diplôme d’études supérieures spécialisées) in business management from the IAE of Lille and a specialisation in employment law from the EFB.
