Anne-Bénédicte Voloir began her career as a human resources manager first in the hotel, food and drinks industry and then in an international manufacturing company.
She joined the firm in 1995 and was appointed partner in 2004.
A specialist in employment law and social security matters, she mainly acts on the employment related aspects of restructuring, business transfers, M & A, but also collective bargaining negotiations, working hours, employee savings schemes, strategic planning, as well as evaluating and managing psychosocial risk factors.
Anne-Bénédicte Voloir leads a team that mainly handles national and international clients.
She has published widely on corporate restructurings and regularly speaks at seminars on individual and collective employment law issues.
She holds a master’s certificate in Private Law and a DESS degree in Corporate Management from the Business Administration Management Institute (IAE) of Lille.
