Arnaud Teissier holds a DESS degree in Industrial Relations Law and Practices from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University, He also has a PhD in Private Law, on the basis of a thesis on loyalty in individual industrial relations (the thesis earned him an award from the French metallurgy federation).
Specialised in employment law, Arnaud Teissier began his career in 1997, acting both on contentious and non-contentious matters.
He is a member of Capstan’s Knowledge Council and has contributed greatly to promoting the unity of Capstan’s precepts and forward-thinking ethos.
He actively participates in training future professionals through lecturing (particularly at Panthéon-Sorbonne and Panthéon-Assas Universities).
He regularly publishes articles on employment law issues (EU, working hours, trade unions, restructuring, etc.).
