Aurélien Louvet specialises in employment law and advises companies on all related aspects.
His main fields of focus include employment law aspects of restructuring, business transfers, employee unions, collective bargaining agreements, working hours and employee savings schemes. Since 2003, he has been assisting a number of CAC 40 companies, large multinationals, as well as SMEs and professional services firms.
Aurélien Louvet also handles sensitive cases related to restructuring, employee unions and discrimination. He speaks at several training sessions, particularly for MEDEF Paris and ANDRH. He also lectures on master’s programmes (second year master’s programmes at Paris I and Paris II Universities).
He is the author of a practical guide to “dismissal on economic grounds” published by LexisNexis.
Aurélien Louvet received employment law specialisation honours, and holds a DESS degree in Labour Law from Clermont-Ferrand University, and higher diplomas in Employment Law and Criminal Sciences from the University of Montpellier.
