Sandrine Losi specializes in labor and employment law.
She joined the firm in 1988, and has headed a dedicated litigation team for more than 20 years.
Sandrine Losi advises clients on labor-management disputes (primarily involving procedures to inform/consult employee representatives, restructurings with mass layoffs or voluntary redundancy schemes, strikes, challenges to the findings of experts engaged by the workers’ committee and the committee on health, safety and working conditions, workers’ committee budgets, and employee representative elections), litigation with individual employees, especially class actions (over matters such as discrimination, harassment and working time) and violations of labor law that carry criminal penalties (e.g. obstruction of employee representatives, undeclared work, illegal subcontracting and industrial accidents).
Sandrine Losi also conducts training courses at the ANDRH (National Association of Human Resources Directors) and other specialized organizations, and speaks at conferences on her areas of expertise.
She is the joint chair of the Paris Bar’s Open Commission on Labor Law.
She was named as one of the Best Lawyers in France: Labor and Employment in 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017.
Sandrine Losi holds a Graduate Degree in Private Law and a Postgraduate Research Degree in Labor Law from Paris X University in Nanterre.
