Pascal Lagoutte is a founding partner and the president of Capstan.
He is also one of the founders of Ius Laboris, an international alliance of leading employment law firms. He is a member of the executive committee of Ius Laboris.

Pascal Lagoutte sits on the boards of ETHIC (an organization of employers who run independent, growing businesses while striring to maintain a "human scale") and ASTREES (Labour Employment and Europe Association). 
He is also a member of the IBA (International Bar Association) and the EELA (European Employment Lawyers Association).

Pascal Lagoutte holds a postgraduate degree in Business Law (DJCE).
