Anne-Bénédicte Voloir holds a master's degree in Private Law and a postgraduate degree (DESS) in Corporate Management from the Business Administration Management Institute (IAE) of Lille.

She began her career as a human resources manager first in the hotel, food and drinks industry and then in an international manufacturing company.
