Jean-Michel Mir is the chairman of the Capstan Knowledge Council.

He is also the member of the Ius Laboris's International Practice Group.

A frequent writer and speaker on these subjects, Jean-Michel Mir has published numerous articles on labour law topics in the specialized press, and regularly gives presentations designed to inform HR specialists.

He is a part-time lecturer on employment law at the Montpellier law school.

He holds a postgraduate degree in Business Law (DJCE) from the University of Montpellier.
